Manufacturing Workshop Relocation & Expansion
2007 Brought the relocation and expansion of DeSeM’s Manufacturing Workshop to same site as the office complex.
1 Kilometre
Feb 2008 DeSeM celebrated a milestone achievement of designing, making & commissioning over 1 Kilometre of lift travels, (1,051.275mm) with a combined lifting capacity of over 305 tonnes !!
1st Lift in low-temperature – 30ºC
Supplied our first Lift in low-temperature steels for a constant – 30ºC environment (lift capacity = 2,200kg through 8m Travel.
DESIGN
We design each lift to be the best for that facilities requirements, incorporating all the latest European lift directives and reflect the latest engineering and technological advances as well as the customer’s corporate image.

All our Direct Acting designs are without ropes for ease of maintenance and testing. No rope renewals or safety gear testing or renewals throughout the lifts working life!
